About Us

RH Design & Associates was founded by Rafael Huguet Jr., a second-generation builder and developer, carrying forward a family legacy rooted in architecture, construction, and real estate development.

After years of working alongside his father, Rafael Huguet Sr., a renowned architect and developer, Rafael Jr. founded R H Design & Associates with a vision to create a comprehensive, client-focused firm capable of guiding projects from concept through completion.

Today, the firm is led by Rafael Huguet Jr. and his son, Nikolas Huguet, continuing the family tradition into its third generation. Rafael oversees construction and development operations, while Nikolas leads project management and investment relations. Together, they remain personally involved in every project the firm undertakes, regardless of size or scope.

At R H Design & Associates, we believe exceptional projects begin with strong relationships. We take the time to understand each client's goals, vision, and priorities, approaching every project with the same level of attention, accountability, and commitment.

Our philosophy is simple: build with integrity, communicate with transparency, and deliver work that stands the test of time.
